The Patient Portal is a secure web link. Every patient in my practice is offered access to their own portal. When you securely log in, you will be able to communicate with me and my office staff electronically. You may request your appointment, receive electronic appointment reminders, refill prescriptions, check your lab results, update your personal information and medical history, and ask non-urgent medical questions.
You can access your portal with your unique user ID and password. If you haven't signed up for the portal you may do so at your next visit or call the office and we will activate you over the phone!
Please note: when you first log in you will need to acknowledge the “Practice Consent Form” to activate your portal. If you experience any difficulties logging in, please call the office for assistance.
